1) Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you visit tecnet.asia, interact with us, or use our products and services. It applies to website visitors, prospects, customers, vendors, and other business contacts.
Note: We primarily operate B2B solutions for the gaming and information management sector. If we ever integrate with third-party systems that process end-user data, those systems’ own privacy terms also apply.

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us to request deletion.

13) Google reCAPTCHA (Anti-Spam Protection)
To protect our online forms from abuse and automated submissions, this site uses Google reCAPTCHA (v2 and/or v3). reCAPTCHA analyzes interactions on pages where it is installed to help us distinguish between human users and bots.
Required notice: This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
What data is processed
For security checks, reCAPTCHA may collect and process information such as: the page URL and referrer, your IP address, date/time, browser and device details (e.g., user-agent, screen size), mouse movements or touch events, keystroke patterns on non-sensitive elements, and cookies set by Google for reCAPTCHA. This information is sent to Google for analysis solely to provide the reCAPTCHA service.
Who processes the data
Google Ireland Limited (and/or its affiliates) provides reCAPTCHA and may process data on servers outside your country. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing, under its own policies linked above.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We use reCAPTCHA to prevent fraud and protect our systems and users. Where applicable (e.g., EEA/UK), the legal basis is our legitimate interests in ensuring service integrity and security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and retention
reCAPTCHA may set cookies (e.g., _GRECAPTCHA) to function properly and to remember security checks. Cookie lifetimes and any retention of related data are determined by Google’s policies. Tecnet Asia does not use reCAPTCHA data for advertising or marketing.
Your choices
- You may disable cookies in your browser, but some forms may not work correctly without reCAPTCHA.
